Hempton village, Norfolk

Hempton is a village 2 miles west of the town of Fakenham on the A1065 road. In the year 2000, Hempton Marsh was bought by the Norfolk Ornithologists Association, after receiving a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. Many wild birds can be spotted here and it is part of the Wensum Valley Special Area of Conservation.
